Shannon came highly recommended from some friends and we are so happy we followed their recommendation. We met Shannon back in July 2016 after my husband and I decided to relocate our family to Atlanta to be closer to family. Coming down from NYC we had very limited availability to look at housing. Shannon was quick with her communications and always managed to get us in to see all of the houses we were interested in. She provided us with lots of information regarding schools, transportation, and the vibe of different neighborhoods that we were considering—which allowed us to better familiarize ourselves with this (new-to-us) city. I mostly appreciated her ability to listen to us and show us only houses that fit our family's needs. We don't like wasting our time on seeing homes that other people think we "should" like. Thus, we weren't bombarded with unnecessary listings to sift through before finding homes we would be interested in considering. She did all that work for us(!) and was able to deliver us quality homes to look at. We ultimately decided to purchase a new construction townhouse that was completed in January 2018. While we were in NYC for the majority of its build, Shannon regularly stopped by and took photos of the progress for us, kept us informed throughout the process, and provided us with useful information needed prior to moving down here. Many times I felt she went above and beyond a realtors job for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the area! In fact, she's already working with my aunt! I was referred to Shannon by a friend. As a first time home buyer, Shannon was invaluable. She was always available to look at houses and answer any questions I had. She was always honest about any flaws she saw, so it was clear she had my best interest in heart and wasn't just looking for a quick sale. Her negotiation skills were excellent, we had a few requests after the appraisal and inspection that she had handled super easily. Shannon went above and beyond during my purchasing process. I was making a very small purchase (meaning her commission was very small!) but she treated me like I was buying a million dollar home.

She accommodated my very hectic and unpredictable schedule - even meeting me at home to pick up paperwork when I was't available during business hours.

Shannon was a great help on this adventure of buying my first home. She was very knowledgeable about the different areas I was interested in and the area trends. She was available often and showed me lots of different properties ranging from different sizes and areas which met all the requirements I was looking for.
Shannon was also very useful in explaining the process to me when it comes to putting in an offer and how it all progresses from there. She also kept up with me after I needed to take a break and kept sending me new things to look into so that I always had my eyes open.
