Shannon went above and beyond during my purchasing process. I was making a very small purchase (meaning her commission was very small!) but she treated me like I was buying a million dollar home. She accommodated my very hectic and unpredictable schedule – even meeting me at home to pick up paperwork when I was’t available during business hours. She also navigated what could have been a some very tricky post contract issues to get us to a smooth and successful closing. Durring all this she was very friendly, patient and a joy to work with.
