If I could give Shannon more than 5 stars I would, because she was nothing less than perfect in my home buying experience. This as my first time buying a home and I was very nervous and unaware of the whole home buying process. Shannon walked me though everything and was there every step of the way. She adjusted to my schedule and was always a text or phone call away if needed. She thought of things I never even thought to ask and gave me her honest opinion. She was knowledgable about everything and make the whole experience easy and smooth. I never imagined such a big purchase could go through so effortlessly, but Shannon made it happen. After I moved in she continued to check on me and I have her info to anyone I knew looking for a place. Within a month or so I had a friend asking me, "how did you find her??" and they had a closing date set on their new home with Shannon as well. If I ever decide to move I know exactly who to call!

A close friend recommended Shannon to us when we told her we were looking for a house. We started working with Shannon in early December, made an offer on a house early February, and closed at the beginning of March.

By the end of this process, we ended up:
-closing 3 months before our hard deadline
-Almost 100K under our max budget
-In a home with an additional bedroom beyond our minimum
-in a neighborhood that we didn’t know existed, but immediately fell in love with when Shannon introduced us

During the weeks when we were looking at houses, Shannon took us out almost every weekend to look at properties and try out different neighborhoods. She is very pragmatic and hit an excellent balance between my enthusiasm (This house has a cute red door, we should buy it!) and my husband’s pickiness (sure it has a rainfall shower, but why isn’t there a soaking tub too?)

The house we ended up buying was shown 12 times the first Sunday it was on the market. We were one of those 12, because Shannon had caught it as soon as it became available and insisted we see it immediately. She suggested we make an offer the next day, which was good because the sellers got multiple offers on the Monday after its first weekend on the market. I credit Shannon with catching our home as soon as it hit the market, recognizing the rarity of the home, and giving us the information we needed to be at the front of the line.

This was my first tome ever looking into buying a home and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Shannon. From day 1 she listened attentively to what I was looking for and showed me a variety of options she thought I might like, just to get a sense of what my needs were in reality. Every viewing hit the mark, even the places I didn’t like were spot on to what I was looking for. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and answered all my questions. I really felt like she was invested in helping me find my perfect place, rather than just sell me on anything. The best part, she did all the scouting. All I needed to do was give her my availability and then meet her at the first address. I never felt like time with her was wasted and I loved that she handled it all for me. Also, once we found the one, she acted quickly and put in my offer and guided me through the counter and the process therein after. I was really pleased and highly recommend her.

Shannon helped me buy a place in Atlanta while I was living in Florida. She made it seem effortless and never hesitated when I asked her for something. She and her team went above and beyond. The entire process from showing to closing went exactly as planned and they kept me on track and informed each step of the way. This is my third time buying a house and it was by far the easiest with Shannon's help.

I thought selling my house was going to be a difficult process. I met with Chabelly and listened to our concerns. She presented us with the alternatives. Chabelly took on the task of coordinating everything so that the process would be simple and quick.

By placing the house on the market on a Friday. That same day in the afternoon she already had 14 confirmed appointments to show the house. And another 15 for Sunday. By Sunday evening she had 20 offers for the purchase.

Working with Chabelly Rodriguez has been an absolute pleasure. As a first-time purchaser, in an immediate rush to find my forever home, I wasn't sure exactly what to expect. However, Chabelly came right on over and helped me find my place. She was so patient as I created a spreadsheet of the ranking, addresses, size, asking, offering, earnest money, and down payment, she scheduled the showings and went through at least four rounds of offers; three of which were accepted (one is tentative). As the financing part began, she remained so calm and helpful when my previous landlord refused to be cooperative by helping us identify an alternative path forward. All and all, I would refer her several times over if I could to anyone who is looking. She's got the sauce! :)

From the first meeting, Shannon was understanding, knowledgable, and quick to respond. We looked at many different properties in different areas, requiring her to learn about some new properties as well. She did so willingly and speedily. When we weren't sure what to do, she gave us good advice based on her experience and knowledge of the market.

Our particular final closing process was a little tedious, due to the selling agent. Shannon tactfully maneuvered through the situation, doing her best with a difficult opponent. We truly appreciate her time and effort in dealing with us, we would enthusiastically recommend her to friends, and we are already planning to call her up in a few years for our next move!
