THE SUMMER SHADE FESTIVAL
The Summer Shade Festival takes over the neighborhood every August, bringing together local artists, live music, and food vendors under the park's tree canopy. It's become one of the community's signature events and a real showcase of Grant Park's neighborhood pride. This year the festival takes place August 22-23, 2026.
