Shannon and the Elements Atlanta team make both buying and selling a breeze. I will literally work with no other team because there is no one better. Shannon and Donna were beyond supportive as I sold my high rise condo and bought my first single family home. They made the sale of the condo very easy by providing insight into what needed to be done to make the condo as marketable as possible (mostly removing clutter). They then had the condo photographed by a very talented team and listed it within days. The condo went under contract with backup offers in under a week!!! The process could not have been easier, and Shannon and Donna were crucial to making it smooth and as simple as possible, especially since I was nervous about having potential buyers come into the condo due to COVID. The purchase of my first single family home was less straightforward, but Shannon and Donna were there the entire time to help and to support me as we toured homes, put in offers, scheduled inspections, looked through inspection reports, and closed on my new home. I couldn’t be happier with the home they found for me, its location, its charm, and its affordability. (It is in an area I would never have looked at for myself since I was unfamiliar with it, but Shannon and Donna know the Atlanta Metro Area incredibly well.) As I previously stated, Shannon and Donna are the only realty team I will work with, and while I have no plans to move again anytime soon, I do look forward to my next buying and selling experience with them.
