Shannon is a pleasure to work with! She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire home search process. She was able to give me great advice and recommendations on different locations, upgrade options, and what I could ask of a seller. The home search portion of this tedious home buying process, was by far the easiest and least stressful part and it’s all because of Shannon! She also made the contract signing easy by using edocuments and esignatures. I don’t even think that I would’ve gotten this far in the process if it wasn’t for her expertise and patience!
