Shannon has been extremely helpful in finding a property to meet my exact needs as an international buyer. She knows the market really well and her instincts seem to be right on. She has been there at each step of the way with me before, during and after the closing. Since I live thousands of miles away, she has done so many things that are way beyond her responsibilities as a realtor to help out (like waiting at the property to receive the refrigerator). She has also extended her expertise and advise to help find a tenant and found me a really good property manager. She has been (and still is) answering my wide range of questions very patiently and if they are out of her area of expertise, she refers me to the right people, most of the time getting answers from them herself on my behalf. She is very supportive and trustworthy and really tries hard for you to make a decision that is in your best interest. I highly recommend her and I will be using her services again in the near future.
