I have been working with Shannon for about six months now. She was referred to me by a lender that financed my primary residence. I trusted the lender’s opinion so I reached out to her although I was very skeptical because I haven’t had the best of luck with RE agents in the past and generally considered them to be a somewhat necessary evil. It was clear after my first meeting with Shannon that she was very different. She’s incredibly responsive (almost to the point where I’ve on several occasions wondered when she sleeps), an astute negotiator, insightful and persistent when it counts. She was instrumental in me closing on my first two investment properties a few weeks ago. Without her involvement I’m convinced the deals would’ve fell through. I’m so thankful I found her and look forward to working with her on the next deal.
