We had such an amazing experience working with Shannon. This was our first home purchase, and on top of it we were moving cross-country and looking to purchase as soon as we arrived. She took what easily could have been an immensely stressful process and made it easy and worry-free. Because we started our hunt in California, Shannon was happy to discuss properties we were interested in by email or phone, or go visit them and do a video tour. She blocked out the date we wanted to start our search in person 2 months in advance so we knew we could hit the ground running. Any questions we had about the process she was able to answer in a way that we could understand. We trusted her expertise and defaulted to her opinion for most decisions, and she never once led us down the wrong path. We are now in a gorgeous home thanks to Shannon, and it would not have been possible without the hard work she put in to help us get here. We would use her again in a heartbeat, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
