We consider ourselves fortunate to have found such an amazing buyer’s agent as Shannon, whom we first met while viewing a home listed by her team. We were first-time homebuyers, which seems to be her specialty. From the start, we were impressed at how prompt she was to respond and follow up. She is personable and friendly, but also extremely professional, not wasting any time and focusing on our needs and concerns. We also appreciated how she was no-nonsense and straightforward when negotiating on our behalf, pointing out things that newbies like us failed to notice, but never in an offputting/alienating way. We needed a lot of hand-holding, especially throughout the mortgage closing process, and she was always there with texts, emails, and phone calls to reassure and encourage us with unfailing patience. On closing day, which had been delayed due to issues with our bank and resulted in her missing part of her vacation, she showed up with thoughtful gifts for the whole family. We are happy, satisfied homeowners and we owe a huge part of that to Shannon. We’d recommend her to anyone looking for a buyer’s agent in a heartbeat!
