Shannon is an incredible realtor. She helped us navigate one of the most intense housing markets for buyers that has ever existed to help us find our dream home. We were very particular, and Shannon was patient with us and really listened. She knows the Atlanta market inside and out, which was invaluable to us as recent transplants to the city. While we were obsessed with going to open houses at the beginning, it got to the point where we did not want to see any house without Shannon because she would notice ten things we never would have, and she would be able to offer her deep insights for each home. When we did go to open houses, all of the listing agents seemed to know her. She establishes strong relationships with other realtors, and her collaborative relationship with the listing agent for the sellers from whom we bought our home helped us to get under contract, navigate the closing process smoothly, and successfully request a nontraditional aspect of closing. Shannon was nonjudgmental and supportive of different feelings I had throughout the home-buying process, which heightened both my respect and gratefulness for her. When I think about the realtor we used to sell our last home, it is unbelievable to think about how Shannon went above and beyond for us (although I think she would describe it as simply doing her job). You cannot go wrong with Shannon. We wholeheartedly recommend her and are so grateful that friends referred her to us. She is amazing.
