Shannon went above and beyond what we expected of her. She was proactive in taking care of our concerns and proved to be a great listener. Our home buying situation was extremely stressful as we weren’t living in Atlanta prior to the move and we chose a new construction project that went nearly nine months past the original delivery date. Shannon was always quick to answer our sometimes silly first-time-buyer questions—and attempt to find answers from a coy developer (which required multiple follow ups). She would also frequently stop by the property to photograph progress and give us construction updates. While the new build process was far from ideal and something we probably wouldn’t do again, Shannon helped make the process bearable and we would definitely use her again in the future.
