From the first meeting, Shannon was understanding, knowledgable, and quick to respond. We looked at many different properties in different areas, requiring her to learn about some new properties as well. She did so willingly and speedily. When we weren’t sure what to do, she gave us good advice based on her experience and knowledge of the market. Shannon was particularly knowledgable about the Midtown and Decatur areas, which were out top 2 areas of interest. Our particular final closing process was a little tedious, due to the selling agent. Shannon tactfully maneuvered through the situation, doing her best with a difficult opponent. We truly appreciate her time and effort in dealing with us, we would enthusiastically recommend her to friends, and we are already planning to call her up in a few years for our next move!
