Established in 1883, Grant Park is one of Atlanta’s oldest neighborhoods. Home to Zoo Atlanta, Oakland Cemetery and the fourth largest park in Atlanta, Grant Park has one of the largest areas of Victorian architecture in the city. Large two-story mansions face the park, more modest two-story Queen Anne houses are on surrounding streets with one-story Victorian cottages and Craftsman bungalows east of the park.
Grant Park has an active neighborhood association and the Grant Park Conservancy works to restore, beautify and maintain historic Grant Park.
