English Avenue

English Avenue is a 60 square block neighborhood in Northwest Atlanta, half a mile west of Georgia Tech, Coca-Cola, the World Congress Center, and Mercedes Benz Stadium. With such a prime location, English Avenue is undergoing revitalization initiatives, and the city has made considerable efforts to promote the neighborhood. English Avenue is undergoing new development. The Atlanta Beltline Westside Connector is projected to come through this area. Atlanta’s new Westside Park and the upcoming Echo Street West development are nearby. Echo Street West is a 19-acre mixed-use development that will be larger than Ponce City Market when completed. It will include 2.4 million square of offices, retail, and multi family homes, and hotels. English Avenue has an active neighborhood association and is rich with street art.
