Capitol View Manor is a small neighborhood in Southwest Atlanta named for its incredible view of the Georgia State Capitol building. Established in the 1920s, this neighborhood sits between Metropolitan Parkway and the I-75/85 connector and is just south of the Atlanta BeltLine’s Southside Trail. The Capitol View Manor subdivision features smaller lot sizes and a uniform layout and includes English Cottage and American Small House with a smaller number of bungalows, ranch houses and one split-level house. Capitol View Manor is a walkable neighborhood with dog-friendly parks, is great for commuters traveling to downtown Atlanta or the airport, and has an active neighborhood association with a desire to unite all residents.
