Shannon was recommended to us by a friend and when we asked about Shannon, our friend said: She will not do you wrong. She was absolutely correct! The first time we met Shannon, we just knew we wanted to work with her. She listened to us, took notes and just had an honest conversation with us, like we’d been friends and known each other for years. She took the time to get to know us and our lifestyle and focus on all of the important details. Before we went to look at the first house, we pulled up on the street and Shannon said: Nope, this is a no. She just really understood us and knew what was going to be a good fit and what wasn’t. As a long time resident, Shannon is extremely knowledgeable about Atlanta and all of its neighborhoods. She took time to drive us around various areas, so she could inform us about the neighborhoods, but also get to know what we liked and didn’t like about each area. Shannon was extremely patient with us, as we had previously been looking for a house about a year before meeting her. When we met Shannon, we had no doubt she was going to be the realtor to help us find our dream home. Atlanta is an extremely tricky market and houses go so quickly. Once we found the perfect house, Shannon was the best advisor throughout the entire process, from what to offer and why, to what else we needed to do to ensure our offer was chosen. She pushed really hard for us and went the extra mile in every aspect. Shannon made sure we did everything smartly and securely and held our hand through it all. Every time we had a question, whether related to her job as a realtor or not, she answered it, and it didn’t matter what time it was. Even after we settled on our house and moved in, Shannon is still checking in on us. Just the other day she reached out because she was in the neighborhood and wanted to know if we needed anything. We haven’t just found the greatest realtor, but a friend for life! Shannon, we don’t know how to thank you for everything you did and continue to do for us. Thank you, thank you!
