We highly recommend Shannon as a real estate agent. She helped my wife and me through the purchase of our first home. A few points about working with Shannon: – We felt that Shannon was always available and responded to our concerns promptly regardless of day or time. Examples include calls and texts in the middle of the night, early morning, and even while she was on vacation. – In the rare occasion that Shannon was not available, she would arrange to have her partners, Bee or Sara Lee respond to us. – My wife and I work in the medical field with odd work hours. Shannon was able to accommodate us and arrange home showings during atypical times later in evenings and weekends. – We felt that Shannon truly wanted us to be happy with the home we purchased, and went out of her way to ensure this. We also felt that she was constantly looking out for our best interests. – Shannon’s partners – Sara Lee and Bee were also great to work with. – We went under contract for a new construction that was not yet complete. Shannon ensured that the builder completed the home to our standards. – We truly felt that Shannon was interested in building a long term relationship (and friendship) with us beyond just a single home purchase – We never felt at any time pressured to go under contract on a home. Shannon gave us honest opinions with regards to market pressures, and timing of decision making. – We were new to purchasing a home and had many many basic questions. Shannon was patient and answered our questions in terms we understood. We never felt she was being judgemental. – We could tell that Shannon was doing a lot of behind the scenes homework. She was able to accurately anticipate the questions we would have for her, and usually had answers prepared before we even asked her the question! – We would use Sara Lee and Shannon again for future home purchases, and strongly recommend her to our friends and family.
