Shannon is fantastic! I was a first time home buyer, working in between states. The market was moving really fast and I wasn’t always able to physically go see a property – Shannon took the time to drive to the property and face time with me so I could see it. She took the time to find out what my wants and needs were and weeded out the rest. She was always available for any questions or concerns I had and did a lot of follow up to check in on me. The home I wanted had several bids on it the first day and Shannon was able to make it happen for me! It’s hard to find someone that is not only passionate about their business but also personable and caring – Shannon checks all of those boxes!
