Shannon was great. I would say that I am a pretty particular person. I had very limited criteria in terms of what I wanted to buy, where I wanted to buy it, and whether I was willing to compromise. Shannon was very realistic with me and built a good working relationship. She was quick to respond to my messages and was informed about the areas she was showing me. This was important to me because I was was looking to buy a condominium which had to be close to transit, multiple bedrooms and two parking spaces, and doing so in a pretty tight budget. Shannon started working with me about 9 months ago. She didn’t rush me through the search. She didn’t act like a salesperson. Shannon was someone I could lean on for advice and judgement. She presented me with clear information about each location and she knew the good things and the bad things. In general, I she was very well informed about the entire process of buying a home. She even was able to help me find someone to help me finance my home. Sara Lee Parker & Associates in general were a pleasure to work with. I like to contact people through email because it is such a normal part of my day. I was able to do a lot of the stuff on my phone.
