I have been working with Shannon for about six months now. She was referred to me by a lender that financed my primary residence. We had such an amazing experience working with Shannon. This was our first home purchase, and on top of it we were moving cross-country and looking to purchase as soon as we arrived. She took what easily could have been an immensely stressful process and made it easy and worry-free.

Because we started our hunt in California, Shannon was happy to discuss properties we were interested in by email or phone, or go visit them and do a video tour.
