She has also extended her expertise and advise to help find a tenant and found me a really good property manager. She has been (and still is) answering my wide range of questions very patiently and if they are out of her area of expertise, she refers me to the right people, most of the time getting answers from them herself on my behalf. She is very supportive and trustworthy and really tries hard for you to make a decision that is in your best interest. I highly recommend her and I will be using her services again in the near future.

I can not recommend Shannon highly enough- if you need an agent, look no further. We were first time home buyers shopping from over 1000 miles away for a home in Atlanta. She was extremely helpful thinking about location, commute times from work, schools and what features were must haves in our new home. She worked around our extremely inflexible work schedules, including spending a weekend with us touring homes months before we were ready to buy to get an idea of what were looking f for. When it came closer to actually shopping, she was helpful in identifying potential properties I hadn’t found online and helped us prepare a solid list of places. As we had only one weekend to shop, we spent a day seeing over 20 properties and I really felt she had our best interests at heart, again pointing out things I might not have noticed. It was when we actually made an offer though that Shannon really became key. She was an absolute pleasure to work with during a process that ended up being quite stressful. She helped us negotiate what we thought was a fair price, and then proved instrumentally helpful when our lender put up unexpected obstacles. She advocated for us and I think went over and beyond to ensure we closed and got our home. She is extremely knowledgeable about this process, responsive, and keeps cool no matter the situation.

My fiancée and I are so glad we chose Chabelly to be our realtor. She was on top of everything and always answered all of our questions (there were many being first time home buyers).
